With a growing family, we needed a larger home, and we wanted a great school district. Piedmont seemed perfect, but we were not sure we could find the right home there and started looking all across the East Bay. One day, there was a price adjustment on a home that Catapult thought was perfect for us. It was not even in our radar and they brought it to us. We saw it the very next day, and the day after that we were in contract on the home. The listing agent said that there was strong interest after the price drop and Catapult's speed of execution really helped get us this home. So not only did Catapult's product let us buy first and sell second, but they even proactively found us the very home we bought. We bought a condo back in 2005. After living there for many years, we were looking to upgrade to a single family home.
