Didn’t realize their items shipped from oversees, buyer beware when purchasing it takes over 2 weeks to receive the items! Will not order again

HI Angela, Thank you for your feedback! First, I checked on your order and it is scheduled to be delivered on September 3, which will be 10 business days from when you order was placed which is within the 5-10 timeframe we have listed on every product page. We want our items quickly too, so we know how frustrating it is to wait several days. We listen to our customers and are continually evolving. For some context, we didn't have any overseas shipped items on the store until the last few months, but based on customer feedback we decided to expand the catalog so we could offer lower priced options in addition to the rest of our catalog. This pilot was hugely successful and we are working to bring these items into our domestic warehouses so we can offer faster shipping. It has been difficult for us to keep sufficient stock of the hot trending items which has forced us to ship them directly from overseas, but we have more inventory arriving every week. We are working on rolling out further website enhancements that will provide more accurate delivery estimates based on inventory locations and customer zipcodes. Rest assured that we care about every one of our customers and want to make your shopping experience with us amazing.
