It’s been almost a month since I ordered some $700 Travis Scott 1’s and the order hasn’t been shipped yet and I haven’t got a response for my email. I just typed this because I seen they were replying to these so I hope they see it and reply and I’ll change it to 5 stars

I bought a pair of sneakers on April 1st for $475 (Order #CCB4951), and 35 days later, the item still hasn’t been shipped. I sent an email to check the status of the order and never received a response. At first, the store's prices seem attractive, but this hides the real issue: it’s a scam. The products are never shipped, and customer service is nonexistent. Avoid this store at all costs. Don’t make the same mistake I did. This has been an extremely frustrating experience and clearly seems like a scam targeting unsuspecting customers.

They sent me a damaged purse, and after 6 weeks have not replaced it nor sent the jewelry I ordered for an event after several attempts at communication. My worst experience with an online retailer, ever. Wildly unprofessional and appears unethical or illegal if unfulfilling orders. I will contact the better business bureau if I don’t hear back in 5 days.

I ordered a couch and two coordinating chairs a month ago. I emailed a few weeks ago to ask about order status and estimated shipping date. I was told that my email was being escalated, but I never heard back. I emailed again yesterday and I am waiting to hear. I will update as I hear more and when I receive my order. Update: 5/7 my emails to support are bouncing.

Hi Irene! Looking at your order number, your order isn't with our store - all our orders begin with #CCBxxxx. I searched our systems based on the information you provided to be sure and no orders show up. I know there are a lot of businesses out there with similar names, but want you to know that it wasn't us. We would love the opportunity to serve you though and are just starting to ship more products to the UK. We would appreciate it if you could update or remove this review. Thanks!

Purchased a $400 pair of shoes on 3/8/25 for a birthday gift and never received them. I asked to cancel the order and be refunded. They confirmed the order was cancelled and I would receive the refund within the week. As of 4/22/25, I still have not received the refund nor have they responded to my emails in the last several weeks. I would highly suggest not ordering from this company. Edited: 5/1/2025. My last three emails to the company requesting an update on the status of my refund have gone unanswered. 5/18/2025 I still have not received a refund or product or a response from Casual Chic Boutique about the refund of $399 they said they were refunding over a month ago. Hey Casual Chic… theft isn’t okay!

Very degrading experience i have ordered shoes and spent over a thousand dollars on my shoes ordered April 4th and it’s now April 21st I was needing my shoes by the 25th for my birthday and to surprise my husband with his they emailed me back saying my package would be mailed out in few days but still haven’t heard anything lately or no package when it was only supposed to take 5-7 days so if I can’t get my shoes by timing manner I asked I’m going to be reaching out for a refund
