Improving the communication with the following

I ordered a grill cleaner - the site "tricks' you into buying more than 1 for a cheaper price. When I noticed this - like immediately, I tried to stop the 2nd grill cleaner order. Told "sorry couldn't do it, but I can send one back" - well thats the scam it costs just as much to send it back - so now I am stuck with 2 - BUYER BEWARE - its all crap from China

The product is ok but the promo video amounts to false advertising. The product is nothing like it is shown. Very misleading.

Eénmaal we verhuizen zullen we de rails pas gebruiken, we kunnen nu dus nog niet beoordelen hoe de werking ervan is, maar we denken dat het een gemak zal zijn, de goederen zijn vlot geleverd.

Fast delivery

I ordered a pair of “comfy” shoes. They arrived within time schedule. Unfortunately, one of shoes is too narrow. I asked Castivaro how to return them. I got info, that I need to send them back to China despite I got them from the UK address. In returns policy online there is NO WORD about necessity to send returned goods to China. I know this “discouragement” Chinese policy. Raising costs of postal service will eventually stop the customer from asking for return. It is scam in its pure form. Avoid these insolent scammers at all cost!

Great product and would recommend to anyone

Product was easy to apply and so far my leak has not returned above the French doors
