MI HANNO INVIATO DEI VENTILATORI ROTTI!!!!!! Ho contattato l'assistenza che mi ha proposto di tenerli ugualmente e che mi avrebbero rimborsato il 50% dell'importo. Ho rifiutato in quanto li avrei buttati. Ho fatto una spedizione tracciabile, come richiesto da loro e inviato il pacco a mie spese in CINA pagandolo molto, ma loro mi avevano detto che mi avrebbero rimborsato le spese. Risultato, dopo due mesi ho ricevuto il rimborso dei ventilatori ma senza le spese di spedizioni. Ho mandato una mail alla quale hanno risposto che la loro politica aziendale non lo prevede e si scusavano per il disguido. Vendere merce rotta e lasciare che il cliente paghi la spedizione lo trovo scorretto e disonesto. Fate attenzione. IO NON COMPRERO' MAI PIU' NULLA E LO SCONSIGLIO!!!!

Ordered a metal lunchbox with heater. The product I got looks completely different than the one in the website. So beware. It wad advertised as replacement to microwave but takes almost 1 hour to heat the food. Refund was offered but costs so much in shipping fees that it makes no sense. Utter trash.

This could not have been any better! The wine, the food, but most of all the people! Their food and wine knowledge, their kindness and care… Simply the BEST!
