Hello John and thank you so much for the provided feedback. According to our records, your order was placed on June 3, 2023, shipped on June 14, 2023 and delivered to you on June 20, 2023. We sincerely apologize that this time frame was not satisfactory for you. Your email communication shows that you reached out on June 18, 2023 stating that your order had not been received. Therefore, our team provided you with the UPS tracking information. On another note, our customer service team has made more then one attempt to resolve this matter with you and ensure you are issued a replacement for any damaged items received. Currently, our team is awaiting images of the product to relay over to the Route Team as well as retailer. Once those are provided, they can ensure a speedy resoltuion for you. Please note that CaskCartel.com is an online marketplace in the Spirits industry. Similar to Amazon or Ebay. Retailers list their inventory on the marketplace to introduce their products to an online audience. If the order has been unfulfilled at the 30 day mark, then you are absolutely entitiled to receive the funds back for this purchase. However, please do note that you agreed to an all sales are final policy upon purchasing this order. According to our records, a return label has been issued for the wrong items received. CaskCartel.com has no issue with providing a refund once the items have been returned. We are so sorry to hear that your order was unable to be delivered due to requiring an address verification. It looks like our team as well as the carrier attempted to reach out multiple times to rectify this matter. Unfortunately, we were unsuccessful in doing so. Per the Terms of Service agreed upon purchasing, all failed deliveries are subject to a 35% restocking fee and all shipping charges deducted from the requested refund. Like eBay or Amazon, retailers list their products on our site because they will sell much faster than at their retail location(s). Due to prices being set by individual retailers, we cannot offer any sort of price match or case discounts. Since these are NOT our products, we don't control what prices are set. Just like an auction, our marketplace platform works off a listing and selling fees when an item is sold.
