The new design of the website is great
The new design of the website is great. The way you can just hit the X and it takes you back to where you were when you picked the previous game. The bonuses under 100% that have a $10 max bet don’t seem at all valuable to me. If it has to have $10 max bet, it seems like you should get a higher “match” That’s the only thing I can think of that would be “negative”. Everything else is all thumbs up. Username: 584rpeezy

Thank you for your feedback RP! We love to hear that you are enjoying the new website design! With regards to the $10 maximum bet. As of fair gaming importance, there is a limit on maximum bet size allowed to be placed during the playthrough of any promotion. If you would like to leave your username in the replies I would be more than happy to review the account and see if we can get a higher % deposit match added on for you!

Void winnings
Games are good but I have run into the same problem a couple of times which I do not think is fair. I get a bonus with a $10 bet limit. At times, I inadvertently bet more than I want and at that moment, any winnings I have are void. Can't you block betting over $10 instead?
Response from CasinoMaxJan 30, 2024
Hi Roy - Thanks for your feedback! I am pleased to let you know that we have listened to the feedback regarding being able to bet over $10 when in an active playthrough. We have now set a block on players being able to bet over $10 This means your winnings will never be void for that reason again :)

Trusted RTG casino, but slow payouts
Trusted RTG casino if you like those games. Only thing is their payouts that take many days to process, and many other online casinos offer faster/instant payouts nowadays depending on currency but if you enjoy RTG games it's a good option.

Thank you for your feedback, Bryan! we appreciate any kind of feedback as it helps us improve and make our players’ experiences much greater 😊 I am sorry to hear about your experience with payout times. We do advise that all payout requests can take up to 3 business days to be approved and sent once an account is fully verified. I understand a player’s excitement in wanting to get them as soon as possible! Having looked over your account I can see that your last 2 sets of winnings were requested on a Friday and then approved on the following Tuesday (Within 2 business days) As they were requested just before the weekend this may have been the reason why it seemed like it was delayed. However, our cashier team does only work banking hours Monday - Friday. A massive congratulations on the wins though Bryan it is always great to see our players walk away with a win!

I have over a hundred grand in winnings…
I have over a hundred grand in winnings and I can’t get ahold of anyone in chat email nothing. It says deposit before I can cash out. It will let me put everything in. But I can’t hit the pay button. I do believe this is a scam. Totally. No question. And it’s a hell of a loss. But I’m not just letting it go. I’m reporting them. If anything. May even take it further.

Horrible experience
Playing the games have been awesome! But the customer service is terrible! I went on chat twice and supposedly spoke with someone by the name of Janet and all she could tell me was go deposit $50 the next time she told me go deposit 30 more dollars because I was gullible enough to deposit the $50 especially with the winnings I’m supposed to be receiving. I’ve tried to call I’ve tried to email and again I’ve went back to chat and I cannot get a response.! it is the worst Customer Service I have ever encountered with any of the gambling sites I have played on and I’ve played on a lot and I’ve won a lot. This one definitely I believe is a total fraud and I will be reporting and I will be refunded what money I did pay. Especially After this so-called Janet person kept telling me to go put money on the account so that I could cash out my winnings because that’s the only way I could cash it out!

Hi Charlene, I hope you are well, I am sorry to hear this experience, al though we do not have any customer service reps at this site called 'Janet' could this be a case of the wrong casino? I have sent a request that you provide us with some more details, if you could please do that then we can take a look into this matter more for you Thanks Thanks

No response to emails , can't withdraw, sounds like a bunch of scammers to me. Will probably never see my winnings. Play somewhere else so you can at least withdraw some monies
