I've played at CasinoMax and their sister casinos for over a year. There are pros and cons, that I feel are worth sharing. Pros: 1. Thorough identity verification process, including documents and even a personal phone call, which helped me feel confident about deposits. 2. Optional Lobby Jackpot- I love this, and have won several times. There is no playthrough requirement or max cashout for winnings. 3. Fast and knowledgeable live chat agents. These guys and gals answer every question, no runaround or gaslighting like you get at some online casinos. 4. They are a licensed group of casinos. 5. Lots of deposit bonuses available. Cons: 1. High playthrough requirements on all bonuses. 40X makes it time-consuming and highly unlikely to cashout as a winner. That being said, it's not required to use their bonuses. Clean deposits don't have any playthrough requirements. I do wish they offered a No Rules bonus, which many other casinos do offer. 2. Payouts take too long. Bitcoin withdrawal states "48 hours". My most recent withdrawal request was sent on a Wednesday night. I didn't receive funds until the following Wednesday. They do not include weekends, but that aside, Monday would be a reasonable amount of time. Assuming it was late Wednesday when submitted, all day Thursday, all day Friday, Monday was well over 48 hours. Instead, it was approved on Monday around noon. Great, but when I still hadn't received at 10pm, I reached out to chat and was told "48 hours from approval". So, I did receive my funds on Wednesday. There are other casinos that pay in less than 30 minutes, so I don't understand why it takes a week here. Overall Opinion: This casino's integrity keeps me coming back, because even though it takes a bit more time for payout, I feel confident knowing that my winnings will be paid. The new design of the website is great. The way you can just hit the X and it takes you back to where you were when you picked the previous game. The bonuses under 100% that have a $10 max bet don’t seem at all valuable to me. Games are good but I have run into the same problem a couple of times which I do not think is fair. I get a bonus with a $10 bet limit. At times, I inadvertently bet more than I want and at that moment, any winnings I have are void. Can't you block betting over $10 instead?
