It's takes way too long just to get verified and customer service is the worst I've ever had to deal with I would not recommend this to any of my friends or family

We’re sorry to hear about your experience and appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback. We understand how frustrating delays during verification can be, especially when combined with a support experience that did not meet expectations. Our verification processes are in place to help keep player accounts secure, but we recognise the importance of making this process as smooth and efficient as possible. Your comments regarding both verification and customer support have been shared internally for review as we continue working to improve the player experience.

Withdrawal UPDATE #4 SO March 3rd i requested 500 with my KYC completed my last update I spoke on the fact it's a nice thing to have customer support answer so quickly and courteously however it's the only thing that's giving them a positive stance in this situation in my last update casino.click responded to my review by saying i should get ahold of their support team so they can fix this matter quickly,so that's what I have done ,email, live support and even called rhe toll free number and still today March 14 2026 nothing I mean nothing has been done doesn't even show where they reviewed my redemption request so here I am almost 2 weeks and nothing not even an email.sayIn they would review just same old excuse "it's been submitted tot the appropriate or relevant depart" * Absolutely unacceptable in ever sense for the process of winning and it players .

I haven’t redeemed here just yet. All I can say is the honest truth of what I’ve experienced. Friendly service every time, beautiful design on the site, easy to navigate through everything to find whatever is desired, lastly, honest feeling games with a huge bonus and other loyalty perks that make me excited to always comeback. 10/10

I deposited money and won $348. I've still not been paid. They keep giving me excuse after excuse. First they tell me Wednesday for 3 days. Wednesday comes no payout . The next thing they tell me is it's been exculated to the right department for review it's top priority. It's still hasn't came days later. Today they tell me they JUST EXCULATED IT TO THE RIGHT DEPARTMENT TO BE REVIEWED. THEYVE BEEN TELLING ME THIS ONLY TO TELL ME TODAY THAT THEY JUST SENT IT TO THE RIGHT DEPARTMENT. THEY DONT PAYOUT. DONT DEPOSIT YOUR MONEY TO THIS CASINO YOU WILL NOT GET PAID. THIS IS A SCAM!!!!!!
