I used to love this site. They were one of the best around. I had a pretty decent amount of success. The redemptions have always been really slow like everyone else said but other than that they were great. Were great that is. I used to get awesome promo package offers and a daily game option for a daily bonus every day which sometimes could be quite good. For weeks now I haven’t been offered any promo packages or mini games at all. Every time I talk to customer service they tell me that the site is being improved at that some features aren’t available. First off why is it taking that long? Secondly I know other people playing on this site every day that aren’t having these problems. What gives? I’m getting the run around and I don’t appreciate it. Did I win too much? I don’t know.

Withdrawal UPDATE #4 SO March 3rd i requested 500 with my KYC completed my last update I spoke on the fact it's a nice thing to have customer support answer so quickly and courteously however it's the only thing that's giving them a positive stance in this situation in my last update casino.click responded to my review by saying i should get ahold of their support team so they can fix this matter quickly,so that's what I have done ,email,live support and even called rhe toll free number and still today March 14 2026 nothing I mean nothing has been done doesn't even show where they reviewed my redemption request so here I am almost 2 weeks and nothing not even an email.sayIn they would review just same old excuse "it's been submitted tot the appropriate or relevant depart" * Absolutely unacceptable in ever sense for the process of winning and it players .

Well to be honest the only reason I found myself on this site was because I requested Free Play at Casino Click after blowing all my money in minutes . So I was asked to accept a phone call I did from them and I was proposed to log on here and create a review for $25 free play and when I was done I sent a put of my review I was credited $25 and they where The worst PROMOTIONAL play . I did not last 4 min... .bad bad !

****Update I received my redemption around one month after requesting it. I'm not sure if the delay was legitimate or not because I only got it after I gave a deadline for further action. However, I have been paid so I must update my review. That being said, I would avoid playing here as there are many SC casinos with better deals that payout in under 48hrs without fail. Scammers, no payout. Lied and stated that my redemption was processed and it would take 5-10 days. Day 15 and nothing. Same response over and over on email. I was extremely polite with them but I was not treated in kind. I will wait a few more days before filing with FTC and charging back everything I have spent here.
