They were friendly
They were friendly, fast, and got me my loan the next day. They explained how it works and were patient with me. I will definitely use them again in the future if I need to.

They have excellent customer service. The process was longer then I expected. But I still would recommend them.

Slow service
Slow service. I was put on hold four times while she served other clients and I was there first.

I've gone to Cash Time multiple times…
I've gone to Cash Time multiple times over the last 10yrs or so. The Rep @ this location (unfortunately I forgot his name) was very friendly, which really does make the difference. Overall, their loan officers have always been friendly but in the last couple of years, I would get a friendly person one visit, and then a not so friendly person on the next. I'm glad they rotated in this Rep, who was not only friendly, went over everything with me in detail and didn't mind answering all my questions. When I come in for a loan I'm already so stressed and anxious as it is, the last thing I want to deal with is someone rude or short with me, so I cannot emphasize how much I truly appreciate a friendly AND patient representative.
