Bait and Switch
The gentleman who processed my loan was great. My issue is with a coupon I received from Cash Time the last time I borrowed from them. When I paid the loan off they gave me a $50 Cash Reward Certificate for new or "former" Cash Time account holders. They would not honor it stating it's for a title loan only. However, NOWHERE does it say that on the certificate ! They only told me this AFTER I was done qualifying for the new loan and money in hand. So what was I supposed to do ? I believe this was very underhanded and just wrong ! I will pay this off in 2 months as I did last time and NEVER return to Cash Time. And it was NOT a "Personal Loan". I got a registration loan. It says NOTHING about those.

Hello Lisa. We're glad that your service was excellent. We do apologize if there was any confusion regarding the $50 reward certificate. The certificates do state that customers obtaining a Personal Loan do not qualify you for the Reward Program. Some companies call it a registration loan and we provide the correct loan product when customers request. A registration loan is the same as a personal loan, both designed for our customers that own a car but do not own it outright or are still making payments on their vehicle. We in no way bait and switch. Our reward program is specific to title loans and is provided when a title loan is obtained and a certificate is presented. Helped obtain a small loan but not the full deal.
Helped obtain a small loan, I initially applied because of the holiday ad, but after everything I came to find out that clicking the ad doesn’t guarantee you the deal because I was told you have to mention it. So I’m bummed about that for sure I could have used that little boos.

Many loan terms are different depending on duration, amount etc, so we can not assume that the promotional loans are the best fit for all. We do state on all ads on all channels that the customer must mention the ad or bring it with them to receive the promotion. Not sure what happened.
Started the process at noon today. After an hour and a half application process, I was told that the approval.process takes 30-45 mins. I STILL have not received an approval call or a denial email almost SIX hours later. I'm very frustrated with the process and the company and will have to wait until tomorrow just to hear something back.

The loan process was ok but I mention…
The loan process was ok but I mention the add about no payments or interest for the first 30 days and he didn't give me the deal he just said my first payment was due on the 21st of December for 80.00 then I got a call from another person telling me my payment was going to be 117 every two weeks for 13 months the closest way my payment was going to be 83 every two weeks was the loan had to go for 26 months for a thousand dollars which is outrageous very dissatisfied with it

I had excellent service
I had excellent service. I would refer my family there. The office staff was very nice. I was in and out and had my money I needed in 30 mins.
