Everything was great. Fast and easy. Doing everything online and over the phone makes it so much easier. Swan location did great. But, when i picked up the check at the South location i seen an employee there dressed with leggings and i can see everything under. Very poorly dressed. Other than that the lady who gave me the check was very nice down to the lady who cashed the check!

Staff was courties an knowledge able.

I applied online with this company and they did not respond in a timely manner. In fact, I had to call them. Everyday, they would tell me they are busy and would call me back by the end of the day. This literally happened 3 days in a row and they never called back as promised. Finally, 3 whole days after I apllied they approved my loan. However, I do not believe they looked at my income correctly because they only gave $300 which doesnt make any sense for a Nurses income. Cash time makes you feel as if you the customer are a bother. I ended up going to another loan company in town and they loaned me an amount I needed with no problems, friendly service, and it only took 10 minutes. Personally, I would not recommend cash time.

Even though I was the only customer the wait was over 40 mins and I did everything online will not recommend this company.

I've been a cashtime customer for 6 years. My husband is a customer. So you get about 200.00 every two weeks from us. In return we have to go through an hour of hassle and disrespect to get a loan. Every time we go in its a different process and slower service with the attitude were going to default. Your staff is more into not giving loans than an effort to give a loan. My last experience was aweful. I'm not sure I will even take another loan with cashtime. I will most likely go to another cash loan place that respects their customers. I have not had any changes to my bank, address, job, but every time I'm put through an interrogation to get a loan. If you can't trust your customers you may as well close your doors. The 7th St Dunlap manager is the worst! Susan I think is her name. She doesn't care if your there for 3 hours to get a loan.cashtime has gotten worse over time not better. You hold our car as collateral and then treat us like deadbeats! Horrible experience dealing with you guys.

Working to get a loan here is fast and easy. The people are very nice and professional. Paid off my first loan a month ago now working on my second loan. Very highly recommended.
