The front desk is the only good customer service. The young man assisting us didn’t want to assist us. He lied and said my husband already had an account and tried to antagonize us. He would not call another department to find out my previous account was in good standing. He was rude and racist. He basically tried to discourage us the moment he came to the counter and coldly stated I will be the one assisting you. So many Unnecessary questions such as “Why are you two applying together?” We looked at each other and back at him and said, because we handle everything joint together. Worst experience from a business ever. We tried to give 67th and Indianschool Rd the benefit of the doubt. I could write a book of all of the wrongs that occurred. We will be contacting the BBB

Perla was absolutely the best experience I’ve had at cash time. She thoroughly reviewed and fixed errors in my account. Was conversational and friendly. Made me feel welcomed. I had my mind set on a certain $ amount that was needed, and she made the effort to look into better options and terms that helped me take home more money with a convenient payment. Thank you!
