I really enjoyed how I went on line and right away I received a call with the information I needed to get a personal loan. Maria the lady I spoke to even gave me various locations closer to my address where I could go to but I decided on a location I had used previously. I never feel like I am begging for money on the contrary Cash Time employees have always treated me with respect and have always been there to help me when in need.

Super quick and almost too reasy
I got in and out. No long lines, nice employees who are actually friendly and knowledgeable. Also, more payoff options were provided than I expected. Nice.

Awesome and helpful
I applied online the night before. They emailed and called. Went there. Was in and out in about 20 minutes with my loan. Great service. Friendly people.

Bad customer service, no regard for customer or sense of understanding.
was not helpful or even nice in any sense. did not seem like she wanted our business at all i felt NEGLECTED
