A newly diagnosed diabetic, I saw a need to help people who could not afford test strips and diabetic supplies without insurance and a good paying job. I have lived in Chicago, Illinois for over 34 years and am committed to local charities and non-profits including the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation. I looked for a way to help those without insurance and money take care of their diabetic needs and didn’t see many options – I created one. Since 2005 we have been helping people sell diabetic test strips for cash and donating them to those in need at our cost or selling them online at a significant discount.I know the frustrations and sadness of not managing diabetes with the daily testing of your glucose blood sugar. When I was 15, I lost my mother to diabetes and since then have made it my mission in life to help those with diabetes in any way that I can. We are steadfast in our mission in providing test strips to those in need and hope you will help us by selling your unused test strips. I guarantee they will help someone in need – while putting some extra cash in your pocket. A true win-win!

Seams like everyone on here is having the same problem with September they received my package on 9/15 and I'm still waiting for payment hopefully they will get there stuff together before complaints go to bbb

UPDATE: I have spoken with someone from the company. During the conversation we discussed the issues with payment and my issue with their lack of communication. They were polite and appropriate. Received payment today. Looking back at the reviews it seemed like they were in good shape and these hurricanes knocked out their revenues.

I did a lot of research before i went with this company, the first time i used them i messed up not sending in my boxes within a time allotted but i was able to talk to someone and it was resolved although i lost a couple buck i was paid through pay pal pretty quick .This time however I took pics of my boxes in case any says the boxes weren't correct or whatever they received my 2 boxes ,(I checked the tracking) on Sept 13 at 9:15 am no money has been received in my pay pal. No return emails or phone calls , I call at least 3 times a day to try and get a response something ,I'm willing to give them a better rating if i receive my money .

I have been using this company for a least 6 months with barely any issues until now. I sent my strips to them on or about the 13 of September and they received them on the 15th, and I still haven't been paid.I have called and emailed numerous times and no response. I seen a post from Arlene McFarland saying she talked to the owner and was told they are working to get people paid. So I have no choice but to wait a little longer. I only hope I will get payment soon Update: they paid me today .....so relieved

really cashnowoffer reported both of my reviews as no record of person using service well here is proof tracking number 420606349401910200881516122794 from fresno ca to chicago illinois the owner is just upset and reporting all the comments as no record shown well i had to send in proof just to verify that im a customer this man is a scam artist and does not care to pay anyone he deserves to go to jail. no has has gotten paid and there are alot of complaints going to the postal inspector and bbb and other agencies i have tried to call no answer but a voicemail and have sent plenty of emails and no response i have proof of my emails i sent as well UPDATE still haven't received payment Wednesday will be one week since my package arrived and was received in Chicago. another update: so now reviews are being blocked now by cashnowoffer I still haven't received payment by paypal, I am a returning customer and this is unacceptable. Trust pilot is a joke because the cashnowoffer company still can have reviews deleted or blocked, you can't read most of the reviews because they are blocked. This company is in Chicago not Florida so there's no excuse for payments to be delayed for weeks. Here we are oct 3rd almost midnight and still no payment by paypal. They are paying others that their packages arrived after mine, and my package was received sept 20th. Oct 5th update: STILL NO PAYMENT BY PAYPAL AND NOW WHEN YOU CALL THE PHONE DISCONNECTS, THEY WILL NOT ANSWER ANY CALLS OR EMAILS. THEY ARE PICKING WHO THEY WANT TO PAY I SEEN OTHERS GET PAID BEFORE ME AND THEY HAVE MY PACKAGE. SEND BACK MY PACKAGE OR PAY UP!!!!!!!!! THIS IS NOT PROFESSIONAL AND UNACCEPTABLE. I too, in August sent in test strips, received a check(which I deposited), then it bounced and I got charged a NOT-SUFFICIENT-FUNDS fee on top of that. After calling and sending a copy of the returned check,CashNowOffer sent another check for the fee and said their checks were good and to re-deposit the first one with the additional check, which I did. Guess what, now both checks bounced each with additional NSF charges. Recently I e-mailed copies of both checks to ANNA, but have not heard back. I also asked for a Bank Certified Check, since their company checks seem to be BOGUS and I keep trusting them and keep getting bank fees charged to me. Not only am I out the test strips, out the monies I should have been paid, but also I had to pay bank fees out of my account. I'm LOSING MONEY by doing business with them.

I have removed my last review of this company. I spoke with the owner of the company and he assures me that they have had some issues with management and payables. He assures me that everyone will continue to get paid. He tells me that because of the volume of business that they have simply fallen behind. They have had a shortage of personnel with customer service and payables. He is going to make changes with how phone calls and emails are handled.So, I will give him more time to get my payment to me. I have been dealing with this company for over a year and never had problems until this last shipment. I feel much better now that I have spoken to someone.

Horrible company! I sent my strips in 2 weeks ago they received it on the 16th and I have heard nothing. I have emailed called and left messages and gotten no response. They can try to flag my comment but I have proof that I did business with them and took pictures of my product before shipping to prove condition. They only reason I used this company is because I needed the money badly, and now I have been ripped off. You can't trust anyone anymore especially this company. After writing this review a couple days later I received my payment. I understand that companies can have slow moments or something go wrong with personal but if they had only communicated that with me I wouldn't have been so upset. Next time COMMUNICATE with the customer most will be understanding.
