I'm a single parent of three teenage boys, mailed a box of test strips in 10 says ago today. This is my first time ever doing this so was thrilled to be receiving 300+ extra dollars quickly to pay an upcoming bill. My package arrived to their PO box on Thursday, October 5 2017 @ 8:35am. I've been tracking it since it left my house. I've sent 10+ text messages (because the website stated texts would be answered) and have never received a reply. I've sent two emails a day to "Jeff" since Monday, asking about processing times and an ETA on the payment that should be coming. NO RESPONSE TO ANY!! Then last night I did get an email from Jeff asking if I had decided to go with their company and if I'd refer a friend for an additional 25 dollars each! Are you kidding me? So, I replied to that email as well in hopes for a response. Nothing. I am contacting the BBB after I finish this review and will file a report there. I will also file whatever I need to with the post office for mail fraud. This is insane. I wouldn't even take these measures if there was some kind of communication from them back to me, but I have received nothing. I'll update this review if I hear from them and will also update with what I learn after speaking with the post office and BBB this afternoon. Good luck, if you choose this company.

So I have called emailed nothing. Finally got a check says it was written on 10/6/2017 went to cash it happy to finally have gotten paid. Well hate to say it nope no one will cash there check. They received my strips on 9/27/17 it’s the 12th. I really could use the 232 bucks they promised me. If this check doesn’t clear I will file a lawsuit. And also mail fraud because they are using USPS to do there shipping. I’ve never wanted to write one of these reviews. But man cashnowoffer really needs to pay off those people they are getting thousands of dollars worth of test strips!!! Updated : I got an email from Simone named Abby at cashnowoffer. She told me that there checks are good and I shoood not have any trouble cashing it. Still imy check won’t Clear. I just want them to tell me what’s going on????

At first this company was great with payments. But the last two times they do not respond to emails, texts or phone calls. It is very disappointing. I looked at web reviews and it seems like recently this is how they are conducting business. They are falling short on promises. Take your business elsewhere! Update: I did receive payment today. It is just difficult to understand what takes so long when they make promises on their website. I did update my rating but I do not think I will continue with this company since they do not answer emails, ect.

I had been selling strips to this company for the past year. Then about three months ago something changed. Payments were slow and I had two returned checks. However I was paid and reimbursed my bank fees. I now know why. The company has a new owner and only two part time employees. They are swamped and trying to catch up with payments. Just give them a chance. You will not get an answer on the phone but your e-mail will eventually get answered. I know it's frustrating which is why I gave them a 3. You will be paid....I was.

So I have used cashnowoffer.com 3 times. The first two times I used it, I recieved my payment within two days. This last time, they recieved my package on September 25th and I was finally paid today (October 6th). I did try calling and emailing several times with no answer and was honestly about to give up, but they did send my payment through PayPal this afternoon. Overall I think this is a good company that is just hitting a rough patch perhaps? I think communication and response time needs to improve, and if you are looking for an immediate payout I would possibly wait to see if this problem is fixed, but overall they are not a scam because I did receive $158 today through PayPal. For people who haven’t recieved their money yet, don’t give up!

Hang in there!!! I just received my PayPal!!! It took 11 days. I too have been worried seeing all the complaints. I sent a few emails with no response also. They are obviously in some type of trouble whether it be with money or with employees. If they were screwing us then no one would get paid. So they must be trying to catch up. Hopefully!!! I’ve used them before with NO PROBLEMS. JEFF - PUT SOMETHING ON YOUR WEBSITE AND/OR SEND OUT EMAILS LETTING EVERYONE KNOW YOU’RE WORKING ON IT!!!! IT WILL MAKE PEOPLE FEEL BETTER!!!!

I sent them 5 boxes of accucheck smart view pay out was suppose to be $300. They received the shipment in 09/28/17 I have not received payment I have left numerous voice mails and e mails with no response there site is seeming like a scam I think a class action lawsuit needs to be started and the BBB is going to be notified do not trust this site

Hello, My name Cambria Howard and I sent a shipment that should have been received on Thursday September 21st. Since then, I have received no update or payment for my shipment. The shipment included 1 box of One Touch Ultra Blue testing strips 100 ct and 1 box of Accuchek lancets 100 ct. My total payment via the calculator was $38.00, but there was a promo for an extra $10.00; therefore making my total payment to be $48.00. I have contacted the company numerous times via phone, email, and social media. All have been met with zero response. I either want my money or my strips back or I am going to get my legal team involved. This is the tracking number as well 9401910200829517582001.
