This is my second review of cash now offer and my experience this time has been like my first, unpleasant. After reading the stellar reviews for this company and my first experience I figured I'd try them again, thinking my first experience was a fluke. Unfortunately, experience two has turned out to be like experience one. I followed all instructions for packing, labeling, and shipping in my excess supplies. USPS delivered my package to the address provided on 11/1. Here it is 6 days later, two phone calls with left messages, and a text all asking for a payment status. I WILL NEVER use this company again. I'm at a loss as to why there are so many positive reviews.

my mom have sent you her test strips and she have not receieved here payment.now me and her been calling or i email the company nothing

I followed all of their instructions and sent 5 boxes of strips 2 weeks ago. Now the telephone is disconnected and I can't even send an email. This is a scam don't do business with these people.

checks are worthless i turned them in to chicago attorney general.

Thieves!!!! Stay away from this company. I had a check bounce for 129.00. they never returned my calls or emails.

Here is my experience. Sent strips end of September just received a check drawn against MB Financial Chicago, Ill. 60634 - Stopped in my bank to have check verified before paying high fees for a bounced check. Guess what.. CHECK IS NO GOOD !!!!! Will pursue all legal options available !!

Going on a month of non-payment. Previous experiences were fine though. I'm okay with delays and such but just acknowledge the problem! I've emailed 6 times and received no responses. All I want is to know that they're working on whatever problems they're having and that eventually I'll be paid. Non-response is NOT ACCEPTABLE.
