My husband sent in strips 2 times before and got paid. This last time he sent strips in with some money for priority shipping of the Check. We saw from tracking the company got the strips on 11-06-17 well as of 11-13 we have not received anything. We have emailed texted and called 3 diffrent numbers and nothing no answers. Its safe to assume we were scammed. This is crazy and something needs to be done. The usps needs to get involved and shut down his operation. I'm going to do everything I can to get this jerk.

Don't send in your test strips. I tested the company with two boxes ($20) and did not get my money. But they email me and want more boxes. They do not reply to emails and the phone mailbox is full. You might as well donate them.

This "company" has a phone number that says mailbox full. Mailbox full of complaints, I'm sure. Today, 11/13/17, they have changed the phone number on the website. It rings 3 times and hangs up on you. HERE is what you need to do in order to get paid: Contact the Post Office where his Post Office Box is located. The number is (708) 667-4365 and ask for Paula Harris. Believe it or not, she got him to pay me most of what I was owed. She is handling all complaints for this post office box. This is serious business as it is mail fraud to accept the merchandise and not deliver on the payment. This is probably the only way you are going to have a chance at getting paid. He is very slick and hard to reach. I would advise calling as soon as possible before he leaves town or some other tactic to avoid payment.

BEWARE!! For almost a year, I have dealt with CashNow. They owe me $$ and I have sent several emails. No answer, no money. No more. I am done with them .Lesson learned! They have gone from 5 stars to 1 star.

I FOUND THIS SIGHT WHEN I FOUND SOME DIABETIC TEST STRIPS AND REMEMBERED COMPANIES BUY THEM SO I BOUGHT A BIG BOX AT A YARD SALE FOR 10.00 SO I RESEARCHED ALITTLE AND FOUND CASH NOW,IN THE BEGINING I SENT IN 3 BOXES TO SEE WHAT WOULD HAPPEN,A WEEK LATER I GOT A CHECK AND I ALSO GOT THESE LITTLE CARDS THAT SAID IF I REFER ANYONE THAT I WOULD GET A 25$ CHECK AND SO WOULD THE PERSON WAS REFERING,I GAVE THE CARDS TO A FEW FAMILY MEMBERS AND MY BROTHER DID IT ,ALL WENT WELL THEN MY SISTER IN LAW SENT IN 3 BOXES IN MINT COND AND MY REFERAL CARD AS WELL.THAT WAS A MONTH AGO,WE HAVE HEARD NOTHING FROM THEM.WE CALL EVERYDAY AT DIFFERENT TIMES AND NO ONE ANSWERS EVER!!!! My sister sent them several boxes of strips nearly 2 months ago and has not received any of her money. I am now involved in it as she borrowed money from me to cover until [if] she receives what they owe her. I was able to contact them right away as a prospective customer and was given the same lies as my sister regarding payment, etc. When I pointed out the negative reviews and my sister's situation, I was "transferred" to customer service and hung up on. The transfers always either fail or a message left is never returned. Their Facebook page is full of filler posts to hide the negative experiences people are having. BBB of Chicago also shows most of the claims against them unanswered. I've let TrustPilot know that they still advertise as having a 5-star rating on their Facebook page as well as over the phone. A couple of reports at the BBB said they wanted or were suing them. This was our second time in dealing with cashnowoffer. The first time, our transaction went very well. This time, not so much. They had received our shipment on October 26, 2017. Still no payment. This company does not care about who they rip off. Beware.
