Second time ive dealt with them i also have my dad to goin thu them it looks like im not gonna get my stuff i jus received a complaint letter from illinois attorney general im not goin to keep goin thu this goin to another company

I have used this company a few times. The last time was rough but Nina helped me. This time I get NO answer to many of my emails or phone messages. No one ever answers the phone. The site advertises next day payment after your shipment is received and processed. They received my shipment on Monday. Still nothing. I need this money to help with rent this month. I will be looking to sell to another place in the future. My sugars are running higher than they should because of this stress. Not good business when your dealing with diabetics.

Have dealt with them a few times. First couple times everything went well, after that had a bad experience. Late payment!! Thought I'd give them another chance and now they won't answer the phone or emails. Ignoring me all together. I have called several times and it goes straight to voicemail. Messaged them several times and NO RESPONSE! I will NEVER do business with them again. Very dishonest company. I will be seeking another company to do business with. Avoid them at all costs!!

I also have sent in a shipment and have heard nothing, and no one responds to multiple emails and I just get voicemail when I call. Can never reach a live person. I am more upset over the lack of communication than I am about the slow payment which is looking like no payment and I have done business with this company for over a year with no problems.

Go to Facebook search scammed by Cashnowoffer, read what people are posting that's how I got paid. ......I have been reading other people post about cash now offer, I wasn't gonna write a review but maybe I have to because I have been calling almost everyday I speak with someone every time but still waiting on PayPal payment. It been since Nov. 2 Ashley and Nina answers my emails but excuses, I'm a very understanding person, but come on. I'm a diabetic also stress is not good, I'm stressing, I counted on this payment because the last two times my deposit was on point. To speak with someone all you have to do is after the message play press zero. Than press one Kelly will answer. all you gonna get is excuses. I want my money. Please

Still have not been paid I am hurt and disgusted by how they are giving me the cold shoulder I feel ripped off and taken advantage of.

I haven't received my money either after sending over 12 boxes of strips in mid-November. I've used this company twice before with no problems, but this if the first time I've asked for my money to be sent via paypal. Per my tracking information, the Chicago PO Box address received my supplies on Friday 11/17/2017. Today is 12/7, and I still have not received payment, nor has anyone contacted me via text or email after reaching out a number of times. I'm not sure what is going on, but this is unacceptable, and I will get the BBB involved if needed.
