The owner reached out to me 2 weeks ago after reading my review on here. He apologized and promised i would be paid ASAP. Fast forward and a dozen emails later I still have not been paid. Avoid this company at all cost

Please do not use this company. I used them and the first time I got paid no problems, the second time took me sending an email after three weeks had gone by with no word and they received another shipment from me on November 22 and it’s now mid December with no responses to emails or calls. I know that it’s my fault for continuing to use them. I’ve submitted my complaint to the BBB (which I highly advise everyone to do) and in the morning I will be contacting the USPS to see what steps I need to take to file a complaint for mail fraud.

Have had three transactions with Jeff and his company, going back to May of this year. The first was concluded with no problems. The second transaction was not so good: the payment check bounced and it took several emails to finally get in contact with them. More emails but then I received what was owed, plus overdraft and bank fees, plus a small token bonus.The third one involved several emails as payment was not done promptly. Note that the emails were from me only; I never received one in return, neither explaining the situation or apologizing. But after almost a month, payment was received. I have since emailed several times to Jeff, outlining the above and asking for an explanation and hopefully reassurances for future transactions. I guess I have my answer as it has been almost a month and I have heard nothing from Jeff.

Started out as a great way to have a little extra money towards other medical supplies. Last two months sent in to packages and still have not received any funds. There are no responses to text, email and phone messages. I have made several attempts to resolve, SCAM!

I can't believe these people.....my package was delivered to them on 10/26....I still have not heard or received anything ..... I will not do business with this company or refer them to anyone!!!! Never again!!!!!!

I, too have had problems with cashnowoffer. Based upon a previous posting, I called Paula Harris with the USPS in Chicago which is the POBox where the test strips are received. Her number is 708 667-4365. I talked to her yesterday and today she called me and had the cashnowoffer guy on a three-way and waited while I pulled up my paypal account and they deposited the money while I was on the phone!!! This woman can give you an early Christmas present. She is fabulous. She needs specifics, name, address, phone, email, paypal account and tracking information and the amount you want to recover. H email is paula.harris at usps.gov. If you don't have a paypal account, set one up because you do not want to receive a check that might not cash. Good luck.

Been waiting since nov18 and still can’t get any answers besides we are having computer problems and some checks were mailed out but your still looking at a few weeks wait... that’s what they said a couple weeks ago also.... disappointed I choose this company so close to Christmas cause now my kids Christmas depends on this company’s “guarantee” of quick payment... seriously don’t waste your time

sent strips and received check and it bounced.can not get hold of anybody this is the 5th time I used this company no trouble till now. won't be doing business with them again'
