Thank you for the detailed feedback. We completely understand your frustration, especially after spending money on offers that ultimately did not credit. Tracking issues are unfortunately industry-wide challenges affecting rewards platforms and offerwalls not something unique to CashInStyle. Third-party partners control tracking, verification and crediting, and because we already provide some of the highest payout rates in the industry, we do not have the margin to simply absorb unverified or reversed transactions ourselves. We understand that “the partner controls it” isn’t enough. We continuously push our partners to improve tracking, reliability and support because higher rates only matter if members can successfully receive their rewards. We are sorry this experience fell short and we genuinely appreciate the feedback. We’ll continue pushing our partners to improve the areas that matter most to members.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We genuinely understand how frustrating it can be to wait for a reward and then be asked for additional verification, especially after completing an offer and providing proof. We’re sorry the process has been frustrating. We also want to clarify that 2+ month holds are not our standard practice. The vast majority of accounts follow our normal hold periods. Extended holds generally happen when an advertiser specifically requests additional review time or when we identify unusual activity that requires more account history to properly assess, such as elevated chargeback activity or other risk signals. Fraud and chargebacks are unfortunately a significant challenge in the GPT space and we’ve had to become more cautious in protecting both legitimate members and the platform. This can mean additional review in certain cases but we continue to use our standard hold periods when accounts and offers are performing normally. We’ve paid nearly $2 million to members and our community continues to grow quickly. We’re proud of that progress and want to keep improving while making sure rewards are going to legitimate activity and CashInStyle remains sustainable.
