Our team conducted an in-depth investigation involving multiple reviewers carefully evaluating the time taken to complete milestones, screenshots and evidence provided, purchase history, information shared during the verification process and overall account activity. Our internal security systems also flagged concerns regarding the offer completions. After considering all available information, our team determined that there was sufficient evidence to question the legitimacy of the activity and that the rewards could not be approved. We also want to address the suggestion that CashInStyle is keeping advertiser payments. We do not profit from illegitimate completions. Such activity can result in financial losses, chargebacks, and damage to our relationships with advertisers and offerwall partners. These reviews are essential to protecting our platform, our members and our advertising partners while maintaining a fair earning environment for everyone. We understand that you disagree with the outcome and we respect your right to share your experience. However, our decision was based on a comprehensive review rather than an assumption or an automated flag alone.

We completely understand your frustration, especially after completing the SoFi Invest offer and providing documentation of your deposit and account approval. Unfortunately, tracking issues can occur across the rewards industry and CashInStyle has no control over how advertisers track or validate offer completions. When an offer doesn't track correctly, we submit a missing credit request for the advertiser to review. Ultimately, the advertiser decides whether to approve or deny the credit. We would genuinely love to honor your $70 reward but unfortunately, we cannot credit offers that haven't been confirmed by the advertiser. CashInStyle offers some of the highest payout rates in the industry, leaving us with very limited margins to cover uncredited offers ourselves. We understand how disappointing this is and we're sorry for the delay. We appreciate your patience while the advertiser reviews your request.

I was able to locate your account and from what I can see, it appears that an automatic security block was triggered following a recent credit from the Lonestar Casino offer. I believe our support team has already removed the block and restored access to your account. We're still investigating exactly what caused the system to flag your account as we certainly don't want legitimate members experiencing unnecessary restrictions. Update 10/17: Following our previous response, we wanted to share some good news. Our support team restored access to your account yesterday and we've now identified and fixed the root cause of the issue. We confirmed that the security block was triggered by a recent Lonestar Casino offer reward that was manually credited to your account. This was related to a new system we've developed to ensure members receive their earned rewards even in rare cases where automatic crediting fails. Unfortunately, this particular credit unintentionally triggered our security system. We've since corrected the issue to prevent it from happening again. Tracking issues are unfortunately an industry-wide challenge that can affect advertisers, offerwalls and GPT platforms. CashInStyle works hard to offer some of the highest payout rates compared with other websites which means we often pass most of the available revenue directly to members. Because of this, there is very little margin left for us to absorb conversions that a partner does not track or pay. We completely understand your point, though and we agree that tracking failures are frustrating for members. We continue pushing our partners to improve tracking and their support processes so these issues happen less often and can be resolved more effectively. We appreciate your feedback.

We are sorry to hear about your experience with the SoFi offer,\ and we understand how frustrating it is to complete the requirements and not receive the expected reward. Tracking issues are unfortunately an industry-wide problem that can affect offerwalls, advertisers and GPT platforms across the board. Even when a member follows the correct process, tracking can sometimes fail due to factors outside their control such as browser settings, device restrictions, attribution issues, or problems within the advertiser’s tracking system. For offers provided through RevU, the completion must be tracked and confirmed by RevU before CashInStyle can receive the corresponding credit. While we can review the information and documentation provided by a member, we unfortunately cannot manually create a conversion when RevU has not confirmed the completion on their side. A tracking failure does not necessarily mean that you did anything wrong and we understand that you believe you followed the offer instructions and started it through CashInStyle. However, without a confirmed conversion from RevU, we do not have a transaction that we can credit from our side. We are sorry this resulted in a poor experience and we appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback. Thank you for sharing your experience. We understand why this would be confusing especially since your first withdrawal went through without any issues. We were able to locate your account and review what happened with the withdrawal. The withdrawal was automatically denied by our system because Cint sent us a chargeback for a survey you previously completed: Reversal Cint: Your-Surveys MY (43386) A chargeback means that a survey partner has reversed the earnings that were previously credited to CashInStyle for a completed survey. When a partner reverses an earning, we also have to reverse the corresponding reward on CashInStyle because we are no longer receiving the revenue for that transaction. Survey partners can reverse survey rewards for a number of reasons, including things such as: The survey response failing a quality or validation check Inconsistent or contradictory answers Speeding through a survey or completing it unusually quickly Duplicate or repeated survey participation Attention-check failures Survey fraud or suspicious activity detected by the partner The survey being determined to be ineligible after additional review The advertiser or survey provider not accepting the completed response Other quality-control or validation issues identified during the partner's review Unfortunately, we don't control Cint's review or chargeback decisions and we aren't given the ability to override a chargeback that they have issued to us. We understand this isn't the experience you expected particularly after having a successful first withdrawal. However, once a survey partner reverses an earning, CashInStyle has to follow that reversal as well. We appreciate you giving CashInStyle a try and hope this helps explain what happened.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We take allegations like these seriously particularly when they concern tracking and payouts. We want to clarify an important point: CashInStyle does not control the advertiser-side tracking or have the ability to simply turn off a legitimate conversion when a member requests a withdrawal. For third-party offerwalls, the offerwall and advertiser control the tracking, validation and final confirmation of conversions. If a partner reverses a conversion or does not confirm it, we cannot manufacture a credit on our side. The suggestion that we allow small withdrawals to “hook” members and then deliberately block larger payouts is simply not how our system operates. We have paid close to $2 million to members and we have one of the most active communities in the GPT space on Discord. Deliberately withholding legitimate earnings would make no sense for a platform built around long-term member relationships. We process withdrawals based on account status, verification, partner confirmations and our security and fraud controls not based on the size of a member’s balance or withdrawal. We also have no financial incentive to prevent legitimate earnings from being paid. CashInStyle earns when members successfully complete qualifying offer so our interests are aligned with members being credited and paid. At the same time, we cannot absorb unverified conversions, advertiser reversals, or chargebacks ourselves particularly while already offering highly competitive member payout rates. We pay members for qualifying, confirmed conversions as long as the offers are completed legitimately and our rules are followed. We have every interest in making sure legitimate earnings are properly credited and paid.

We completely understand the frustration here. If you completed an offer, spent money and have clear evidence showing that you met the requirements, we understand why you would expect to be paid. Nobody wants to spend time or money on an offer and then have to deal with a tracking issue. That said, we want to clarify an important part of how offer crediting works. CashInStyle does not control the tracking or final approval of these offers. The advertiser/offer partner tracks the completion, reviews credit requests and ultimately decides whether a completion can be credited. When a member reports a tracking issue, we ask for evidence, submit the credit request to the partner and follow up with them. We absolutely advocate for our members, but we cannot force a partner to approve a request that they have declined. Unfortunately, tracking problems are an industry-wide issue affecting reward platforms and advertisers not something exclusive to CashInStyle. We regularly push our partners to improve their tracking and support because we know how frustrating these situations are for members. There is also no benefit to CashInStyle in refusing to pay someone who legitimately completed an offer. In fact, the opposite is true: the more we pay our members, the more they use the platform and the more successful CashInStyle becomes. We have paid close to $2 million to members so withholding legitimate earnings is certainly not how we have built the platform. We also pay some of the highest rates available to members. That is important because it means there is very little margin available for us to simply absorb partner chargebacks or pay for completions that the partner itself has rejected. Some other platforms may take a different approach and cover certain tracking issues themselves but they may also pay considerably less to members. Every platform has to make that trade-off differently. We genuinely understand why this experience was frustrating and we don't expect members to be happy when an offer doesn't credit. But we also don't want to give the impression that our support team can simply create a credit whenever proof is provided. Proof allows us to make the strongest possible case to the partner; it does not give us control over the partner's final decision.
