Thank you for the feedback. We are glad you enjoy the Active Quests! One important requirement is that members need to make progress in the game for the system to count continued participation. This helps our partners measure genuine engagement and allows us to continue offering these earning opportunities to the community. We recommend continuing to play and advance in the game. If you are finding it difficult to progress, there are also other games available that may be a better fit. We appreciate your feedback and hope you continue enjoying CashInStyle!

We are sorry to hear you are unhappy with your experience. We understand how frustrating delayed withdrawals and missing offer credits can be. We were able to locate your account using the information associated with your Trustpilot review and reviewed your recent activity. Regarding the delayed withdrawal, your recent request was denied because our system detected that the same offer, Captain Free Spins, had been completed through two different offerwalls: Torox and Prime Earn. Completing the same offer more than once through different partners is not permitted under our Terms & Conditions. When our system detects a repeat, Gold members’ instant withdrawal access is temporarily disabled while the account is reviewed, which is what caused the delay in this case. We also see that you reported a tracking issue with an AdscendMedia offer. Unfortunately, offer tracking and crediting are controlled by our advertising partners and we cannot manually credit offers that were not reported to us as completed by the partner. For tracking issues, we ask members to submit a credit request directly to the relevant offerwall so they can investigate the activity and determine whether the reward can be credited. We understand that these investigations can sometimes take time and that partners may ultimately approve or deny a request. We work hard to provide some of the highest payout rates in the industry which also means we have very limited margin to absorb rewards that partners do not credit. Nevertheless, we understand your frustration and continue to push our partners to improve tracking and support for our members.
