A joke of an offer
The shipping and response time was incredible. If they had given me a fair offer then yes, 5 stars all around. Offered me maybe 1/16th of what I originally paid for the ring about 3 years ago. I haven't received the ring back yet but we will see how long that takes. Do not send in your stuff If you want any kind of resale value.

Quick and Easy
The process of sending in my jewelry and getting an appraisal was extremely quick. Yes, I could have probably gotten more trying to sell on my own, but I didn't want the hassle. Communication was good and I was very satisfied with the whole process. Would definitely use again.

HORRIBLE!
I sent in a lab-certified diamond with an insurance replacement value of $1,085 and they tried to offer me just $36 for it. Are you kidding me? Don't even bother trying to sell your valuable gold and diamonds to these people, ESPECIALLY if you don't know what it's truly worth. You will NEVER get a fair price for it.

I sent in a bracelet with a value of thirty six thousand dollars and they offered me two hundred eighty three dollars. then it took forever to get my bracelet back after turning dow the very low offer. I will never deal with this company again

Offered me $64.39 for a 14k diamond wedding set. How insulting might as well take it to a pawn shop.

Diamonds USA was an easy and reliable process. I shipped them my diamond via overnight FedEx and they gave me what I thought was a fair assessment of it based on market value. I got to choose whether to accept the offer or not, and when I did the check came quickly to me via FedEx with tracking. Honestly it was a very good experience and I would highly recommend this company.
