these people stole $900.00 from me to get a loan they hung up me repeatedly hung up on me they don't speak english they never funded the loan aftr approvig it they wew rude and did not listen to anything i said

Worst company for pawning… don’t even think about coming here…. The managers are rude and all they want to do is scam you. I went into a cash america on scenic highway in lawrenceville georgia and i presented them diamond earrings and alex the manager called the cops on me when i told him the earrings were worth more than $10…. Pawners beware….

Never going to this place again. I am a Computer Support Specialist and I am certified. When I got both the laptops that I needed to pursue my cybersecurity schooling and to do some bug bounties and play some games; both the laptops have broken fans, the computers were already taken apart and they overheat. These people don't do full diagnosis on the laptop. They would rather pay cheap for these laptops and then sell them broken. They don't do diagnosis on these laptops or put it to the full test. They don't care about customer satisfaction at all. Yes, they gave me a small "deal", but that deal wasn't worth all the pain and hassle that these laptop put me through. These people are negligent about how the laptop are maintained. It seems like they accept stolen and/or uncertified repaired laptops and then re-put them on the floor. When I tried to return the last laptop that I had they never told me "sold as-is" and they only gave me half my money back and wouldn't go down on the price of the one that I want to compensate. I desperately needed a laptop for schooling and to start doing bug bounties and sharpen up on my cybersecurity skills, but this was a major disappointment. NEVER BUY LAPTOPS HERE THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT THE FACT THEY COULD BE BROKEN OR NOT AND IT DOESN'T SEEM LIKE ANYONE THERE KNEW HOW TO LOOK FOR SOMETHING WRONG WITH THEM. This was in Seattle at Mt. Baker Station area.

The Cash America on Battlefield Pkwy we visit regularly and the store is always clean and the ladies there are knowledgeable and real helpful when needed. We go there because the service is in our opinion the best around.

The manager with no teeth size 0, comes to work high off of heion and crack she be stealing from customers , walking out with big boxes,look at her you can tell she's junkie the way she look at work,she been working there for 25years stealing,and don't have nothing look at her car and how she look at work, she's I theitf

Cash America at first was not courteous from their home office location. We had accidentally lost my husband's wedding ring. He died unexpectedly and we found out too late that he had pawned his ring to buy me an anniversary gift. He has mild brain damage from an old car wreck and also a crushed ankle with rods and pins. When we found out that is where his ring was, the local branch informed me that his payment had not been made (he had died during that time) and they had sent to the corporate location in TX. The person I spoke to was obviously having a bad day. To make a long story short, they went out of their way; the original person I spoke to called and apologized to me the next day and told me my ring had been located. It was a miracle and obviously someone went out of their way to help me. My daughter is so happy now. The local branch in Knoxville (ATOMIC) has always treated Freddy with respect and like family, They were devastated to hear he had passed away. THANK YOU, CASH AMERICA for caring and being empathetic to my family.
