This store sells knock off counterfeit jewelry, and will not give you your money back for it. Once you find out that it’s not real and the customer service is not great would not recommend.

Thieves of the worst kind!!

Two weeks ago, we were unable to pay our pawn on time because of car issues. We called to verify this and were told that she would give us an extension for one day so we wouldn't lose our shotgun. This was a lie. We went to pay it the next day and it was already out of the system. We lost a $900 shotgun on account of someone else's lies and irresponsibility due to something we could not control. This is unacceptable. Every time we go in there, we end up having to wait in line for at least 30 minutes because the employees that are in there are all playing around in the back or behind the register instead of taking care of the customers. They charge too much for items where similar items are priced cheaper at other pawn shops. I won't go in here again.

Unprofessional and dishonest. A simple transaction turns into a nightmare. Don't trust them with your information. Corporate doesn't call back so it speaks volumes. They are honored to be nasty. You been warned.

In 2023 of November the junkie with no teeth and no hair size o who has been working there for over 30years stoled my hp laptop a long with 55.00,when I confronted her and called her manager mike,and I also called corporate in Texas,mike said she didn't steal your laptop I in formed him of her stealing in Grandview Mo in 2010 he said you liyin on her I informed him in ,,2010 in Grandview Missouri that she had stolen a black mans Gold chain the next week she called the police on him she also done it in 2005 ,2012 ,2015 2020 2022 , and me in 2023 ,,,2024

Worst company for pawning… don’t even think about coming here…. The managers are rude and all they want to do is scam you. I went into a cash america on scenic highway in lawrenceville georgia and i presented them diamond earrings and alex the manager called the cops on me when i told him the earrings were worth more than $10…. Pawners beware….
