Poor quality. Not what they had advertised it to be. Customer service shocking. A refund a nightmare to try and achieve. Still waiting. Would not recommend this company at all. Very dissatisfied customer

If I could give no stars I would! First of all, they aren’t even in the USA even tho they advertise they are. Second, I ordered a case and wife wife charged her mind not even an hour later so I reached out to them. No one got back to me til about 10 hours later then they tried to tell me it’s been longer than 24 hours and they couldn’t cancel. I sent them all the info, of what time I ordered, what time I reached out and what time they got back to me and nothing after that. They went ahead and sent the case. Horrible horrible horrible business!! I hope no one ever has to go thru this like I am!! Stay away from this company!!!

When my phone case arrived, it was the wrong size, the camera slide cover is broken. Customer support number goes to voicemail, text and emails go unanswered. When they do finally offer an email response, they offer for me to send them another 20 and they'll send me the right case and I can keep the other one or spend about $70 for international shipping with tracking number for them to reimburse my $50 dollar purchase. Since they are "small business located in Florida" but they centralize they're return process through China They are a scam, on about every level.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. EVEN THOUGH THEIR ADDRESS IS LISTED IN FLORIDA,THEY ARE ACTUALLY IN CHINA. THE CASE DIMENSIONS ARE NOT CORRECT, & THEY WANT $50-$60 TO RETURN IT! WHAT A SCAM!!! NOW WE'RE OUT $50 & HAVE A USELESS CASE!

Guten Tag, ich habe eine teure Handyhülle bestellt . Nach 4 Wochen habe ich die Hülle erhalten . Nur leider in der verkehrten Farbe. Jetzt möchte ich diese zurück geben , bekomme aber vom Verkäufer die Antwort , daß schwarze Hüllen auch anthrazit farbig sein können.

It was stated that it was an aluminum body, and it's not, it's all plastic. Also, after I did a deeper research and you don't have good reviews, I pretty much knew it was going to come plastic. Not to mention, it took almost two weeks to get here, I'm surprised it actually showed up.

No oneis gonna say it this company is a scam they took my money never sent anything and never responded please dont get scammed like me STOP HERE GET THIS SITE DOWN

This is a follow up to my previous review. After sending a request for a refund, daily, writing a review and complaining direct to Shop I finally got a reply from Caseles with an offer to refund the $30 paid for a cancelled order, a credit of $40 for future purchases against the Warren case that cost me $72 but was not fit for purpose. They also said I don’t need to return the Warren, which I have now binned.
