I ordered two cases by accident and, before the shipping, I wrote to Caseles to ask to only ship one and to refund me the other one. Shelly has answered me emmediately and said they would only ship one. Since then I never received the first case AND I am waiting on my refund. I have written to them three times since, and have never heard from Shelly again... I want me refund !!! Order #CASE1041329

I ordered two phone cases for iPhone 17 Pro Max and iPhone 17. Did not receive iPhone 17 case. Have tried for weeks to get a resolution. Their shipment came from China. I thought according to their website it was shipping from US. Be forewarned, alot can happen between shipping from China and delivery at your home. They will not stand behind you the customer. Would never purchase anything from caseles again.

Do not buy this product. It is cheap plastic and similar item can be purchased on amazon for less than $8! DO NOT BUY

Not good. USPS driver brought torn up bag with no items I purchased. I have emailed company twice no response!!!
