Update. The only real problem so far is I overpaid massively. Orders from the site ship direct from China. If I wanted to wait 3 weeks for my case to show up I would have just bought one on Ali Express for a much better price, and probably would have gotten it within two weeks. I will never order from this company again. Figure out a way to cut down shipping a LOT for the price point. As of now it's been over two weeks and USPS finally has it in Queens NY. Update. Got case today. Order was 100% correct. Case still is not perfect but does fit well and the materials are on par with what I would have gotten elsewhere. I do still feel the price point requires way faster direct shipping. From a person that works in logistics, you will solve every 1 star rating and I know it can be done relatively easy. I do like the case, but come on, the Florida box and Florida sticker. It shipped from CHINA! For that you keep the one star. Ali Express ships faster. They have responded to me personally with full transparency on where they are trying to get their business. I understand why they went the way they have. I gave them some advise. I have a background in business and work in logistics for a multi-billion dollar business. I don't know how much of my advice they will use. I like what was sent and my order was correct. Sourcing is an issue and logistics is the hardest part of a start up like this. Give them a chance. The wait is hard to swallow, but the product is good and they're trying to grow.

I read the reviews I was sceptical about the Howard case… It took a few weeks but it came in today and I am beyond satisfied. I could lie and get a refund but I’m not that type of person. I highly recommend Caseles. Just Wait on it you’ll be satisfied. It’s worth the wait.

Product received in mint condition, awesome product for my iPhone! Great hand grip with no slippage in hands when moving arms and wrist vigorously about. Still testing the product on its limits without any damage occurring. Great doing business with. Keep up the good work.
