I ordered screen protectors and a phone case. Order took a while, sent from China. When arrived they had sent wrong protectors. I contacted company and they re sent. Waited for second order and when arrived, they had sent wrong ones again. This time I requested a refund for the protectors through PayPal. Was then advised that company would only refund me if I sent the incorrect product back, organising payment and packaging and tracked postage. The postage cost more than the screen protectors but since they agreed to refund entire order, I agreed. I sent to the address they provided through PayPal. Order was then returned as issue with address. PayPal then said I have another 3 days to repost or they would find in favour of Caseles. I am not paying anymore for delivery to this company. I suggest avoiding this company.

Think twice before ordering from this company. They say they are located in Miami Fla but thats a lie they are located in China. It took 21 days to get the case and by then I went ahead and bought another 1. This place is a joke!!

Es ist einfach nur noch traurig , man wird abgezockt und bekommt absolut nicht das was man bestellt hat ! Nur billiger Plastik und weit entfernt von dem Bild des Produktes auf der Internet Seite! Finger weg von diesem Shop

Top of case keeps sliding off how do I get a refund

Ein Stern ist noch zu viel!! Das sind Betrüger! Sie haben mein Geld behalten, obwohl ich vor einer ganzen Weile die Annahme der Sendung verweigert habe! Die Bestellung wurde auch erfolgreich beim Absender zugestellt. Komischerweise antwortet mir auch niemand von diesem Verein.

SCAM. SCAM. SCAM. The product was never delivered. No reply to emails. No refund. Buyer beware!!!

THIEVES AND LIARS I ordered 3 items (2 chargers and a phone case) to NZ in August. They said the items were delivered. When I said they were not, "Shelly"from customer service said they were stuck at customs in Australia and I could request a refund. I requested a refund 2 weeks ago and asked when I could expect to see it. No reply. These theives have stolen $139 from me and I will be taking them to the NZ disputes tribunal at the end of the week, hopefully to prevent them from operating in Australia and New Zealand and scamming us! Steer clear of this company. They advertise as a UK company (Caseles UK) however their customer service and operations are based in China. In fact, they have no presence in the UK whatsoever. If you want to return the goods you do so at your own expense which is subject to international shipping and therefore more than the actual cost of the product. You will be given the runaround by someone named ‘Shelley’ at ‘European Return Resolution’ who says that a 100% refund will be made if I contact them directly with my shipping reference. I must have emailed ‘Shelley’ 10, possibly 20 times…no response and no refund. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST!!!
