This company's perpetuating a con by saying they are in FL and hiding that it is shipping internationally (you would be hard pressed to find a page on their site that discloses this. Even on the FAQ page, they provide the exact same time frame as it would if it were shipping from the west coast to the east coast or vice versa. My issue in orders shipped from overseas is that it is cost prohibitive to return an item to Asia. As of now, I don't have my case and the tracking finally shows some action but it is still in China, far longer than they claim it will take to show where the package is. They've also ignored my email.

Don't believe the positive reviews. I 100% believe they are fake. My order was confirmed on August 24. Not too long after, I received verification that it was shipped. I was supposed to receive my order on Sep 12. It is now the 17th and it is still not here despite tracking showing that it has been in my hometown since the 12th. I am beginning to wonder if they sent anything and if they did send my items, why did they choose USPS? USPS is the absolute worst way to send packages in the U.S. They have lost or delayed nearly everything they have attempted to ship to me along with some returns. I'm actively trying to find out where my order is but I can't find a phone number for Caseles and I have been waiting for two hours on a chat page for someone to answer.

Should have come here before buying from them. Magnet on purse doesn't work with any other iphone protector than the cheap one they include with the purse. weak magnet also. Returns are to hong kong and cost more than the item. Never buying from them again.

Item does not charge wirelessly. Contacted them but in order to get a $40 refund they want it shipped to CHINA FOR $50! Horrible company! NEVER BUY FROM THEM! You have to pay for shipping returns to Hong Kong! No free labels. A return costs as much as the purchase. All designed to keep your money. No USA returns. Products are garbage! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

They sent me wrong case after 2 weeks. Not at all what I ordered and expected. I sent many emails to their support and whatapp number but no response. They pretend to be based in the US but I doubt it. Never again! After there reply, I have made numerous attempts to contact them to send me the right case. It has been 3 weeks and I have not received a reponse or the correct case. The wrong case they sent me is available at Temu by the same seller for a lot less cheaper. Save your money. Do not buy at this website 🙄

Never received the product. I sent different emails to support. Wrote down a review here (negative obviously). Got an answer straight the day after saying they were sorry and to contact again the support. Did it right away. Still waiting for an answer and refund back....wich will probably never happen. Scaaaaaammeeeers.......

Dont use this business, they charge you, then you follow up and they request you last four digits of your card. If I paid with my card, you have my number,

I have been SCAMMED. The quality of the case was substantially lower than what was advertised. It was supposed to be metal but was cheap plastic. Not worth the premium price I paid. I emailed support and the 60 day warranty has a number of strings attached: you have to pay to ship it all the way back to China. Buyer beware, no not buy!! UPDATE: They offered me 15 dollars to take down my review and give them a 4 star review. This company is a JOKE.
