Long delivery after posing as a uk company: expensive product but made cheaply. Broke within a month and screen protectors have both shattered. They won’t refund but offer a partial credit note for more crap. Don’t waste your money!

Dear Caseles Representative, After a lengthy delivery timeline, I received my Pixel 10a waterproof case from your company last week and installed it on my new phone yesterday. I've used numerous waterproof cases from other companies in the past with good results. However, when I tested your case by running a light stream of water over it, the case immediately began to leak. I double checked all seals to ensure that my installation was correct. My wife's case is having similar issues. Once again, this can't be blamed on faulty installation since I have successfully used similar cases for a number of years with no issues. This is disappointing because your case is similar in quality to other manufacturers that price their cases at half the price, so I expected a superior product. In fact, I only paid the premium price for your case because it was the only Pixel 10a waterproof case I could find on the market at the time of my order. I have since located another company and have ordered their case. To avoid a poor review from me, I am requesting a full refund of my order price. With great disappointment, Gaylord A. Lemke

DO NOT order frim this company. Didn't deliver for weeks. I cancelled, then the sent it. I have disputed the charge.

They sent me a case of the wrong size. There are no exchanges—because you would end up paying the exact same amount you paid originally—though they did offer to send me a replacement if I paid half the price. So, I wasn't happy with the outcome; it felt like a waste of money.

I have been trying to cancel my order since I placed it. Now it has shipped, its coming from China, its going to take a month to arrive, and at this point I doubt I will even get a response from this company.

Ordered a phone case yesterday by mistake I've left three emails and no reply regarding a refund I think this is a total scam company. After receiving the phone case which is totally inferior to the product described on their site I have now had emails offering me a partial refund of $10 & a store credit. I refused this & am now receiving insulting emails from someone in customer service as I’m trying to get a full refund. I’ve now sent all correspondence & the inferior phone case to the China Consumers Association. I no longer want a refund & am on a mission to expose this company for the scammers that they are.

Another scam from China, the company pretends to be an US company, based in Florida with AI customer service in Montana. Don't believe it, it's a Chinese e-commerce office in China which sources very cheap products from sweatshops. And the return guarantee is a joke, the cheapest shipping rate with a tracking number with USPS is at least $30 because they require you to ship it back to China!

I bought the Adrian case which was described as leather but what I received was plastic. I spent about $75 for the case, screen protector and charger. For a case costing over $40, I expected better but was so disappointed. It turns out that this is being shipped from China too. So, returns will be impractical. What a waste of money!
