Do not order from this company. The shipment from China takes a long while, the description is way over hyped and they don't stand by their mistakes. Ordered a case for my pixel. After a long wait it arrived and was way to large. I contacted their customer service rep Sally by email. Got a response stating I had 2 Options, though they only gave me one. To avoid paying international freight back to China I could pay an additional $16.00 for them to send a new case. This seems to be a common scam in China as this has happened to me before . The case was supposed to be the wonderful thing, but in reality it was just a common plastic case. Cost was ridiculous and now they want me to pay for their mistake. It should be easier to see where your shipment is coming from before you order. Don't use this company, as it is a rip off. Also try not to directly order from China.

I thought I was supporting an American business, but the product came from China and took longer than was first promised. Because it wasn't coming from Florida as I had believed it was.

Placed an order and last week and have yet to get a shipping date ETA or arrival ETA. I emailed their support and haven't gotten any response. This company is being run on autopilot by someone who isn't putting the time in. The product seemed nice but the service is ridiculous.

The phone case looks good ascetically but the wireless charging feature have a poor performance. The device thermal’s goes up very dramatically. Its so hot that it becomes my concern. I will stop using the phone case today and when I get home, i’ll change it back to my old phone case.

I purchased items from Caseles, not realizing these items were coming from overseas. Two of the items did not work well for me at all. I’ve tried to return these items to them but have received discouraging emails basically letting me know it would be more cost effective to eat the $60 I spent since shipping would be prohibitive. I’m going to try but I have no guarantee or confidence I’ll get my money back. Take your business to Amazon instead.

The first delivery attempt said that the "business was closed." This is a residential home, where I have never had any delivery issues...ever. We were both home, in and out of the yard all day, with a working door bell, screened open doors, and NO ONE came to deliver. They came the next day, and left the package at the front door. There is more to this story.

Ordered product 2 days ago, says they are working on shipping? If you don’t have what I ordered, why not just say so? They have my money, and I have no timetable on delivery. Still haven’t heard from customer support and their chat bot must be malfunctioning
