I have ordered multiple cases and bracelets from them now and all have been beautiful exactly what they looked like in the photos. I have had one case recently where the glue on the bottom of the case started to come off so I messaged them and within 1 business day they had sent me a code to get a new case totally free of charge (including shipping.) I have dropped my phone in a few of their cases and they have all protected it to a level that is to be expected by a rubber case

I got a case as a gift from my sister, The glue/epoxy on the back started releasing. I got in touch with Carved and they resolved the issue immediately with great customer service and prompt emails. My new case looks great and feels great. I am very pleased with my experience.

Honestly blown away by their customer service!! An item I ordered was out of stock so they sent me a replacement item for free! The item was sent in a seperate order which I didn’t realize so when I received the first box with one item (which was gorgeous!!!) I expressed my disappointment! Now I was just trying to let them know it would be better to make the free replacement a surprise (since I thought it wasn’t coming) before I knew it I got a reply letting me know the tracking and that they had ALSO sent another one express air mail to ensure I would have it for xmas eve and I can keep the second one too!!!!! Absolutely blown away! All of this after they had already refunded the item that was out of stock, so they’ve sent me 2 free items and paid shipping twice when the whole issue was me not considering they might send it seperate!!! Plus gorgeous items!!!!!
