Don't trust this companies happy-go-lucky marketing and how they pretend to be so thankful for your business. They also lie about their judgement-free 30 day exchange policy. My case had issues and I sent them an HD image of the issue and the rep claims that they can't see it. They also completely ignored the issue of my magsafe upgrade being a weak magnet. Instead of exchanging it like their site promises, they offered half off another case. You think I want to spend more money on a case that might be faulty again just for you to deny any fault? And this all happened within a week. Crying shame as these cases are truly stunning.

First of all I would like to say the case looks nice but, it doesn’t PROTECT YOUR IPHONE from a drop. This morning my iPhone 13 Pro Max dropped out of my pocket and the front glass broke. I DO NOT RECOMMEND BUYING THIS PHONE CASE IT DOESNT PROTECT YOUR PHONE FROM BREAKING. NOW THIS PHONE CASE WILL COST ME ANYWHERE BETWEEN $329-$400 to repair my phone front glass. Looks pretty only!

This is one of the most customer unfriendly group of people ever. Present themselves as ourgoing but do not bither to give any real ans seroious answer to complaints. And the complaint is that i never received my products. They just collect your money and don not care about the rest. You better avoid these people...

Hello,i have to express my opinion regarding the live edge casse. First off all the price is ridiculously high,for what i recived,since the product doesn’t even look exactly the same like on the photo. I’ve paid 176€ for iPhone 11 live edge case. But the case I’ve recived was too large when put on the telephone,especially the part around the camera it looks so ugly not even near the photos showen.I would love to send or post the picture of what I’m referring to if you allow me. Still my opinion of the price + the shipping cost that i had to pay cause it’s not offered free + 40€ it’s ridiculous! All in all not worth the money.

The wireless charger is not working at all and looks like I get a second hand item lots of scratches and breaks the back side. My chosen phone case was broken so they sent me a link to chose another, but be careful because they charge you again with the delivery fee 😉 the case look good but absolutely No Never again.

I really thought I was gonna be able to say good things but what , the wood seems to be a flimsy bit of plastic? And loosely stuck down with adhesive that's already coming off?

Kan ikke anbefales. Carved vil ikke anerkende det, selvom de valgte at returnere mine penge. Jeg ville have dækket omkostningerne ved at få skiftet glasset ud, men det var de ikke interesseret i. Why is the first post deleted? I bought a cover back in the summer. A couple of months later I discovered, that the cover scratched the backside of my phone because of the dust that stuck in the back. Carved would not recognize the damage, but they refunded my money, but wouldnt accept the expenses to change the glass on the backside.
