Great experience
It took a while but I was able to receive my duplicate title. I moved to a different state and needed my title to renew my tags. When I got to the dmv I realized I had lost my title. You guys helped me out with that. Like I said it took a while to receive it but Amy was very helpful and kept me informed through phone calls and e-mails along the way. I appreciate the help, have a blessed day.

They do what they say they will do
They do what they say they will do. Very trustworthy and keep you informed of every step of the process. Very nice to talk to. This is my second time going through with this company and I would use them again 👍👍👍👍

Amy was just awesome in helping me…
Amy was just awesome in helping me since I don’t get around much it took awhile but she never stopped helping me or checking on me finally got the title to car and I never would have without her assistance thank you Amy.

At first

The staff at Cartitles was very helpful and diligent
The staff at Cartitles was very helpful in obtaining my title. The process ended up fairly complicated because the lender I purchased the vehicle from— and paid off 5 years ago, was still listed on the title when Cartitles communicated with the DMV from Oregon. It was eventually worked out and Cartitles staff were in contact all along the way. I am very satisfied.
