As others have said in prior 1 star posts: You only pay to get a pre filled DMV type form for ~$180.00. I received the form and had to pay another $180+ (Sales tax + fees) to mail into the DMV only to get it back with instructions to call the DMV and hold for an hour+!!! If that wasn’t bad enough, “they” told me to go into an office to register it in person! WTH?! What did I just pay for??? Oh, I get it now, shame on me. IM DONE! Thanks car Lie-tles! in payment for a temp registration

Did not get the service I expected. Instead, for $159, I got the documents (largely what I emailed them) mailed to me. They refused a refund, but it does not stop there. They threatened legal action on me with a PI to investigate “previous car ownership” (probably to scare people who have concerns about previous owners) and sue me for damaging the business (did nothing wrong but file a dispute with BBB with info I can prove via email). They responded on BBB by saying “in this case the car might have a lien on the account.” Entirely false, literally could not be possible. I have already been told my car can get a title by police, and what DMV records could they sort through? Why work for free after someone is unhappy and wants their money back? They just want to intimidate and create problems. They also told me via email that the bank would “side with them regardless based on the evidence” and regardless, they would come after me for the money again, but I had 3 days to change my mind. There is nothing ethical about this company imo. These people who run it should be ashamed of themselves. They also appear to have more than one company doing the same thing Do a lot of research before using because they basically charged me $159 for a few minutes work for largely more environmental waste and more hassle

Yes, please do research and read the product description prior to ordering. Our firm is a document preparation service. The exact description of what is provided is explained in detail on the website prior to placing the order. It is always disappointing when a client has expectations which are different from what they select and order. We do take occurrences seriously, and we take action accordingly. If you are a prospective client and have any questions, please feel free to inquire for more details prior to randomly placing an order. We mainly provide service for corporate clients such as dealers, lenders, and auctions, but we do provide title services to consumers as we know that vehicle title issues can be confusing.

Read the fine print no matter what the representative tells you. I was led to believe I was paying for a bonded title 160.00 for them to do it. What I got was DMV paperwork I already had and the name of a bond company, not a bonded title like the representative led me to believe.

Yes, the client Mark Carnright from NY is correct, that you should actually read the description of what you are ordering. It is very clear on the website in BOLD print what is being offered. Please do not place an order if you do not read what you are requesting.

READ THE FINE PRINT or you will get taken for a fool. This company's ONLY service is to, literally, download the form, pre-fill. THEN you have to sign, pay additional fees, and WAIT. WAIT. WAIT. They do not have access to any institution, they do not follow up. $75 macaroons for a FREE form found online! Geez. UPDATE/REPLY to #cartitles.com: the service you charged me for includes ALL paperwork. Well, it is missing ONE form, out of TWO! as specified in YOUR instructions, form #DO-11-A.

This is absolutely true. Please use our FREE resources and do not pay us if you do not wish for us to do work preparing documents for you. Our site does not require any fees, all the documents are to download the blank for FREE from the website. If you wish for us to select the correct form, prepare the documents, and provide instructions, then there is a charge. Please do not pay the fee if you want to do the work yourself. Only pay if you prefer the convenience of document preparation, as some people see the value it. Do-it-yourself customers can use the FREE website. The descriptions of the services is detailed completely on the site, and before paying requires the customer to confirm this, so please read carefully before submitting payment and requesting that we do the wok for you. Thank you.

Just like to say you will loose your money and time. You will not get TITLE! You may got documents for registration but not "Out-of-State Title" what I like to have and not just Registration document and license plates. I have questions but they will not replay by phone or e-mail. Didn't work for me...
