Paperwork has been delayed over 5 days now. The DMV was way faster. All the information was not disclosed verbally when I spoke to the agent when the website wasn't working and so you click a box that says that it is going to cost way more and take way longer to do it through them than it is that DMV. Now I'm at the DMV with my paperwork finished and I'm still waiting on their $200 paperwork in the mail. Basically a waste of money. If the information would have been disclosed further when I was speaking to the agent verbally then I would not have ordered. It is absolutely ridiculous to pay 100 times the price that you would at the DMV and wait double the time..WASTE OF MONEY! And no there was no lien on my title. My car had been paid off for over 2 years just like the company Chrysler Capital described. And they lean release was reissued promptly after to reinstate the fact that the vehicle was paid off. In fact, it was the agent that I spoke to from Chrysler who recommended your service because the lien had been released not to have to go through the DMV. And it was also described as faster by this person. I understand that is not a representative of your company, but this is a second person who disclosed the fact that going through you would be faster. It would have been nice when speaking to the agent in person if this stuff would have been disclosed versus left to a disclaimer for somebody to find online transparency and communication would have saved a lot of this. Also a little bit more of investigating reading on my part I will accept that for sure. But the fact is I described my problem to the person I was speaking to and none of this was disclosed when I was talking to the agent in person the very first phone call.

Yes, this is a very good description of our services. We are only looking for clients who are wishing to avoid having to go to the DMV. It is obviously cheaper to obtain the forms yourself, perform the title work, and go down to the DMV office in person to get a title. We had to discover this on our own, and do some extra work to clear the lien from the title record. The customer did not mention that in their message to this platform. Please DO NOT order our services if you prefer to save some money and deal directly with the DMV. Our service is a convenience offering. For some people, it is not worth the money to save the time and attention required to get a title. For those on a budget, we have free consumer resources on our website with instructions on how to go through the titling process on your own, at no charge. If you are a do-it-yourself type of person, feel free to use our website without cost for information. If the price of our service is worth it for us to do this work for you, we invite you to allow us to take care of your title.
