My initial policy advisor was Mr. Brandon Anderson and he was very polite and informative and clear on the procedures he would take to ensure I get the best coverage possibly. He talked to his supervisor Mr. Rick Ross who approved the diamond coverage that I now will have. Mr. Anderson went above and beyond because he heard my child during our phone call and recommended the 'Activation Savings Program' considering my financial situation and my call was transferred to his supervisor Mr. Ross, who as well went above and beyond for me and helped me get a down payment and monthly payment that I can afford. Mr. Ross was extremely patient as I had to put him on hold several times and did not seem bothered by the occasional holds. Mr. Anderson and Mr. Ross were very friendly and you can tell they enjoy their jobs very much and gave me exceptional service and a wonderful experience, they are two employees you don't want to lose!
