The Rep Matthew Burger was very nice and well knowledgeable. We felt that we not only got a good price we received very good information on why having the warranty we did get was right for our truck and our budget.

My experience with Lynn Wanner over the phone for my car warranty was a very nice experience and she was very intelligent, also expressed a lot of knowledge on this matter! My oppositions were very detailed and to the point! She helped me make the best choice for me! I will recommend this company to everyone! I know I made the best choice for me with her help! Fantastic service

Jonathan was very helpful and polite😊, as were the other two managers i spoke with this morning. Seems like a company that has good customer service values.

My questions were addressed and answered satisfactorily except for one that I forgot to ask for clarity. I was however assured that I could reach the gentleman that I spoke with in Customer Service should I need any further information or assistance. Pleased with not having to use Automated System and I could clearly understand each representative spoken to!
