Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review - we appreciate all feedback from our users. When you say you couldn't find the quick search feature, are you referring to entering a quick search ID on our site so you can go directly to a vehicle listing? If you have a quick search ID on a vehicle, you can enter it into the search bar that appears in the top-right corner of our website and click enter. That will take you directly to the vehicle listing. We hope that helps!

Only wish it would be easier to change postal zip code.
Response from CarSoup.comDec 28, 2016
Thank you for sharing about your experience using CarSoup.com. We are glad that you had a mostly positive experience. In case you did not already know this, you can change the zip code easily by clicking on the hyperlinked text in the top-right corner of the search results page that appears after "Radius". For example, if you typed in a Minneapolis, MN zip code while specifying the search criteria, when you arrive on the search results page it will say "Radius: 50 mi. from Minneapolis, MN" in the top-right corner of the page. If you click on the "50 mi. from Minneapolis, MN" text a window will pop up that allows you to change the radius and zip code. There are a few other ways to change the zip code while searching, but that is one of the easier ways! We hope this helps.

Looking for a used car is an overwhelming process. What CarSoup offers is a quick look at a portion of the used car population, but for me nothing will ever take the place of seeing the car first hand and the test drive. I did use CarSoup to inquire on a specific car of interest and the dealer response was immediate and offered alternatives to the vehicle that was listed. This was a positive experience. The used car we selected was not a result of the CarSoup website, but by actually driving around to different used car lots looking firsthand and test driving the autos.

We are glad that overall you had a positive experience using CarSoup.com. Although the vehicle you found was not directly found by your search on CarSoup.com, we hope that we helped you get started and helped you in the research part of your car shopping experience before the driving around/test driving part of car shopping. Congrats on finding your vehicle and we hope you consider us again for any future car shopping needs.

This website was really helpful. I was looking for Chevy Cruzs only with a sunroof. There were very few in my price range but I ended up finding one within 90 miles of me for a great price! Would highly recommend Car Soup :)

It was easy to maneuver the site. Finding used cars in my area is a huge hassle for me. They are spread to far our from each other. It can be overwhelming and time consuming. A friend mentioned Carsoup.com. I figured it would be just another site. It was easy to find the type of car I was searching for, see their inventory. This site saved me a lot of extra time calling around and extra gas driving around. I would recommend Carsoup.com to people in my situation.
