You can set up email alerts for vehicles, but you are correct that the more specific you are with the search filters, the less likely you are to return search results which prevents you from saving the search with the highly specific features selected. On average CarSoup.com’s page load speed keeps up with the competition, but page load speed will always vary based on time of day, location and your Internet service provider. Thank you for letting us know about your experience on CarSoup.com. We apologize that you find it frustrating to see the "Call for Price" listings. Although there is not a specific filter dedicated to excluding those from the search results at this time, these listings do show up after the listings with prices. However, if you select any of the "Price" filters, this should remove the "Call for Price" listings from the results. We hope that helps ease some of the frustration you were experiencing in your car search. Your feedback is valued and has been forwarded to our user experience team.

On average CarSoup.com’s page load speed keeps up with the competition, but page load speed will always vary based on time of day, location and your Internet service provider. We recommend contacting your internet provider if you are continuing to have issues with the pages loading. We do not have any record of the server going down recently - however a CarSoup.com representative will be reaching out to you to see if there is anything else we can do to diagnose the issue you were having! CarSoup.com proactively supports consumer best practices and relays the information to dealerships so we can all strive to serve auto shoppers as best as possible. We apologize for your frustration, and would like to provide some information on why that is not a requirement at this time. It is everyone's (the dealer, CarSoup.com and data providers) goal to get you the most accurate, current and complete data as fast as possible. Unfortunately there are technical limitations that prevent us from ensuring vehicles listed on CarSoup.com are not in the conditioning process. In order for the most inventory on the market to be available to be searched on CarSoup.com we work with dealers and their data providers to feed their inventory onto our site. This ensures that the information on a vehicle is as accurate as possible on the large scale - the alternative would be that dealerships manually manage their sometimes 100s or 1000s of vehicle inventory manually in multiple places. The downside to that would be that more data inaccuracies would show up and prices would rise due to the operational cost involved with managing inventory. That being said it is a long term goal of CarSoup.com and dealerships to continually drive change and improvements in the industry - which is why your feedback is so valuable. Thank you for taking the time to leave a detailed review! We actually launched the feature to look for a "crew cab style" vehicle today, so you now should be able to specify that in your search (here is an example http://www.carsoup.com/for-sale/Truck/?maxprice=70000&radius=50&dosort=price_desc&cabsizeids=1). Also, if you want to select all the filters before your search starts populating, you can use the Advanced Search feature http://www.carsoup.com/AdvancedSearch.aspx. We apologize that this functionality was not easy to find. However, we are glad that your experience improved as you became more familiar with the website functionality.
