Thank you for sharing about your experience using CarSoup.com. Are you are referring to the Quick Search number that is listed with the vehicles? If the vehicle was sold between the time the ad was printed and the time the ad ran in paper it will no longer show up when you type in the search number. If you enter the Quick Search number for a vehicle that has already been sold it will take you to a search results page instead so you look for other vehicles. We apologize that this was an inconvenience for you, but this happens on occasion with popular vehicles that are priced to move quickly.

In case you did not realize we wanted to let you know that CarSoup.com does give sellers the option to list a CarFax history report, and many vehicles on our site do have that piece of information listed. However, since is it up to the seller to provide the content and manage their vehicle listing, we do not control whether or not they list the CarFax report. We apologize for any inconvenience this has caused you, and we apologize that you ran into an issue with a private seller. If you remember the vehicle listing that you ran into issues with and are willing to share a link with [email protected], we can reach out to the seller to look more into the situation. Thank you for sharing about your experience using CarSoup.com. We apologize that you experienced some frustrations, and would like to provide some further explanation to the issues you addressed. The content of vehicle listings and responses are controlled by the sellers of the vehicles, but if errors are brought to our attention we really appreciate knowing so we can reach out to the specific seller to correct the issues. If you add multiple search filters at once it should narrow the results to only vehicles that match the necessary criteria (which would eliminate some of the vehicles that don't meet your needs). For example, we created a sample search with some of the criteria you mentioned and it narrows the search results to only vehicles $2500 or less and by adding a mileage filter it also eliminates the results with zero miles - http://www.carsoup.com/for-sale/used/Sedan/?invtypeid=2&bodystyletypeid=1&maxprice=2500&maxmileage=150000&radius=50&dosort=mileage%7Casc. You can adjust the price to the different increments you listed by using the advanced search feature, which also allows you to specify all your needs up front before you start seeing results http://www.carsoup.com/AdvancedSearch.aspx. There are ratings on dealership's pages which are collected from various 3rd party sources across the web, but you are correct that there is not a function to leave a review directly on CarSoup.com. We apologize that some of these features were not easily found when you were conducting your search.
