The staff was awesome! The food is not great. The amount of salt in the food was like eating a whole shaker of salt in every bite. We could not eat our meals. We will not go back.

Okay, here’s my honest opinion of what’s happening to Carrabbas…the same meal I’ve got over the years that had a ample helping of food which half I could take home with me has now become a serving of half that amount…and being charged a third more money…the food is good but the changes that are happening with this franchise is why I rarely eat there any longer..two thumbs down…..👎🏽 👎🏽

I never had a bad experience at Carrabbas before yesterday. It was the fault of the Bartender. I came in parched, and asked for a glass of water. He sent the Associate Bartender to get me bread and water, but the man never came back. I asked for a glass of water, a second time, and the Bartender asked me to wait again. Why wait? He had complete access to all of the water I could possibly want, and serving a glass of water is always the first things Bartenders do. I finally had to insist on his giving me a glass, rather than waiting The experience took the pleasure out of my entire meal.

Went there for my birthday ordered the combo chicken and shrimp pasta dish and I only got 3 shrimp on the plate. Plenty of chicken but only 3 pieces of shrimp. Paid too much for such disappointment. I'd been better off going to Olive Garden!

Very disappointed in the food tonight. Ordered from the Carrabba's in Oviedo, Florida and food was not up to par. 3 identical orders and all were not up to par. The pasta was wrong, the sauce was not the same and the veal was tough. We had Veal Parmesan and the pasta they substituted (we ordered penne and got spaghetti) had a very spicy taste. Not too happy with that. The meatball and ricotta appetizer was not the greatest either. Will wait for some time before we order again.

The food is great, the website is reasonably easy to use for ordering, the curbside pick up went well. It went well until I open the containers and saw the amount of food for the price. These are way over priced. $20 for two very small chicken breast pieces a small salad with typical Toppings, not a lot.. Not that it’s not enough food, it’s just the price for it. I won’t do it again.

The dining experience at Carrabbas is now more casual than when they first opened. The service is good, but seems rushed. The food is flavorful, but relies on heavy garlic and black pepper. The promotions come across like Olive Garden or Maggiano’s. Keep the quality and uniqueness! Try some small portions or other options that your consistent clientele will enjoy!
