Carpet Tile DepotReviews of carpettiledepot.com

Professional, always available to answer the question and amazing price.

So far so good. I give you an excellent on keeping me advised as to the order confirmation and shipping details. The order was on time and accurate. I won’t be installing the tiles for a few weeks yet as other construction is still in process.

Great pricing and delivery! Highly recomend using them!

Professional, courteous, got the samples out quickly (and they looked great) and the follow-up with spot on!

When I placed my online order, I did not see a minimum purchase quantity listed on your website and it let me place the order for 1 carton (23.64sq. ft.) with no error messages. But, I later received a notice stating that they cancelled my order because I had to purchase a minimum of 200sq. ft.. I only needed 3 pieces to complete my renovation.

They took care of my needs!

Easy to select and buy. Carpet tiles were in great shape.

The website leads you to believe that you can buy as much as you need even goes as far as you checking out before they tell you that they can't process your order. I got an email the following day letting me know but I would not be able to order from them unless I order a certain amount. Which would be fine. But why would they let you check out? Had no problems getting my money right back.
