the product was great and thankfully it worked out. I ended up purchasing the last of a product and because it was on clearance I couldn't get a sample to be sure. The salesperson didn't seem like he cared about my concern of purchasing something simply from the color of my computer monitor - I wasn't starting a new project but I was trying to replace pieces - meaning the exact color was critical to the success of my project.

All boxes of carpet was damaged. Order was short and glue was not delivered.

Quick delivery, product was in great condition. What else can be asked? I will definitely order from Carpet Tiles Depot again.
