Installers were very careful not to mark woodwork and fit and finish was top notch!

Alex was extremely helpful thru the process. He was knowledgeable and helpful. However when we went to do the install which we were doing with the help of a friend who does flooring, one of the can of glue was dried out and ruined. As a result we were unable to complete the floor that evening. The next day I tried to get more glue from them and they were out of stock. While they did refund my money, we couldn't get back the time we lost on the install or the time to go return the ruined can and go to another store to purchase more glue. That part of the experience left a bad taste in my mouth.

We were disappointed the carpet was not put in when it wa suppose to be. Laminated wood floor was great and timely done. Pleased with finished job

My sales lady was awesome! She was very honest and helped me a lot. I really appreciated her effort and do feel bad that she is the only female there. I did not get to meet my installer but he did an excellent job and my bedroom looks awesome.

Jeff is great to deal with-no surprises. Great installation on both hardwood and carpet.

Great service and prices!

We bought special order tile. We came to the store and attempted to order and pay for the tile but, they didn't want to take our order because we were quoted a price through a different salesman. We insisted on ordering and encouraged them to take our money, which we thought was strange. They said they would let us know when the tile came in. We never received a call stating it had come in. We called them three weeks later and was told "oh, yeah, it's here". We were expecting a call. Then, we picked it up and got it home. It wasn't all there. We called the store and they didn't know if they had it or if they were shorted from the company. They said they would call us back. That did not happen. They said they would give us a tracking number. That did not happen. We had to keep on the staff, calling every day, to get our product. They kept saying they would call, but, that did not happen. We are thankful this experience is over.
