timely, convenient, excellent service

I thought they did a terrific job on both the office, bedroom installation and later the entry, bathroom and hallway. I am very happy with the quality and the look that makes our downstairs looks up-to-date. I think it would've been nice if they would do a final clean up with a vacuum to pick up the larger chunks of carpet and fuzz.

Carpet looked great when finished. Was not pleased with the cleanup or how they left lights on at my house when they left.

They personalized our experience and went the extra mile to make sure we had the flooring that best for our needs and priorities. They even made an extra trip at our request between tearout and install for consulting on our older home special considerations. They answered our questions promptly.

Liz was amazing to work with! She answered all our questions, offered advice in picking flooring that works well with pets and stayed in touch regularly as we prepared to move and have the new floors installed. Installer was also awesome! He was friendly, asked questions to make sure he was doing what we wanted, offered recommendations for difficult areas, and the floors were spotless when he was finished, as was the working area. Everyone made this easy to decide and choose and work with!! Thank you Carpet One!!
