Katherine ~ I so appreciate your kind words. We are so very fortunate to have such a dedicated team at Carpet One By Henry. Henry Scott, our owner, started this business 42 years ago and has built it based on his dedication to superior installation and outstanding customer service. We continue to try very hard to continue that reputation today. We have had numerous 5-star reviews with Thomas being mentioned. Thomas started with us when he was still in high school. He helped his dad, who is one of our installers and it is that experience that makes him so very valuable. He is able to help customers understand the ins and outs for flooring from an installer's perspective. Our crews have been with Henry for an average of 19 years, so we have a lot of faith in their abilities. Reviews such as this please us very much. Thank you so much and enjoy your new flooring.
